Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new and unused condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different style or size (if available), please contact us first so we can assist you with the process.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions and a free return shipping label to download and print.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.
  4. Drop the package off at the designated carrier location.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is free.
  • We provide a prepaid return label that you can download and print.
  • Returns must be sent by mail.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that are not in new/unused condition
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
